Christine, Chief Soap Officer
I make soap.
I worm wrangle.
I may be addicted to acquiring new hobbies but, hey, I’m childless and have three-day weekends every week, so I have the time.
A friend once told me that she finds me confusing. I think that’s the nicest compliment I’ve ever received.
Emmet Street is the street I grew up on in a tiny, little town in north central Ohio. I haven’t lived there in over 20 years but when I think of home, I think of the home I had on Emmet Street, not the house I live in now.
My mother was crafty. She made beautiful floral arrangements and Christmas decorations. My father was a writer and a great cook. My brother was great at wood working and drawing. I played the flute in my high school band. I didn’t recognize it at the time, but our house was filled with talent.
Love and affection filled our home. I grew up safe, happy and carefree.
My family instilled in me that if something is worth doing, it’s worth doing right. I use that lesson each time I make a batch of my handcrafted soap. Each recipe is formulated to provide the highest quality, best-smelling and nicest-looking soap I can make.

Kelly, Minister of Good Clean Fun
I’ve used soap nearly every day of my life, so I’m pretty much an expert on that subject.
I hang around Emmet Street, wax poetic about Christine’s soaping genius and prattle on about other topics I find amusing or interesting.
